From what I've seen it looks like 18FL, 18Scan and 18AL are all good options for new players due to length of play, small minimum player requirements and smaller maps. What do you think?

It's fun, mean and exciting. While not one of my favourites, it's one of the greatest entries in the franchise and the most influential.
